The
Polaris ATV Is Still The Top Manufacturer Of ATV's...
Probably, those of you, who are fans
of the ATV, know the name POLARIS ATV.
It is pretty normal. After
all we are talking about Polaris.
Now, if you are not among those, who are acquainted with ATV's, or
particularly with Polaris, you may ask: "Why this Polaris company
is so famous? Or all these statements are nonsense." Well, Polaris
is really in a class of its own in this business. It
is true that they are best known as the world's largest snowmobile
manufacturer, but you should not skip the fact that nearly
60 per cent or their sales are generated from the Polaris ATV line.
Are you interested to know how the Polaris ATV began? They
entered the ATV market with the first-ever automatic Polaris ATV back
in 1985. Since then they have produced more than a million
automatic all terrain vehicles.
If you like you can do a little research and you will find out that
this amount of Polaris ATVs is six
times more than all competitors combined! It's impressive,
eh?
 The
worlds best-selling ATV line is the well known Sportsman.
The Polaris Sportsman 700 Twin, which was put on the market
in 2001, is still considered one of the most powerful, smoothest
riding 4x4 all terrain vehicles ever produced in the world! But
Polaris haven't stopped their work and this year (2004) they have
given the Sportsman a new look. And Polaris doesn't stop here. They
produce another three lines of Polaris ATVs. These are ATP,
Magnum, and Predator.
Along with the latest Sportsman, Polaris have also introduced a
new ATP. It is All-Terrain Pickup. You can do more work with
it, more easily. The ATP has the power, handling and capabilities
of an ATV, but it possesses roomy front storage box, side storage
pockets and dumping cargo box that give it
has a carrying capacity more than twice that of most ATVs.
There are rumors that Polaris will be adding to their Magnum a useful
front storage box this year. If they really do so, it will be great,
since Magnum will combine three very important features for the
buyers- power, value and now more storage.
And now a few words about the beast- The Predator. Survival
of the fittest is the rule. It is followed by everyone. And like
a real predator, this 4X4 Predator is evolving to higher levels
and better abilities. It is powerful, fast, and no other sport
ATV can match it, when it comes to suspension and handling.
